Web friendly name for your landing page

The web friendly name is a new function that gives a “friendly” format to the web address for the landing page. The system will auto-generate the web friendly name from the event name. For an event with the name Emmerdale 10K 2025, the webfriendly name will be emmerdale-10k-2025 and the landing page can be accessed at racesignup.co.uk/emmerdale-10k-2025

Sometimes, the auto-generated address is not particularly friendly or you may want one that can be used every year to get to the current event landing page. So there is a method to override it if you want. So for instance you could put emmerdale10 in the override so the landing page url becomes racesignup.co.uk/emmerdale10

Please note that you should only use lowercase letters, numbers and hyphens in the override. Please don’t use spaces or special characters.
