If you want to leave entries open after deciding on your map numbers here’s what you can do:

• Prepare the map order based on a) the entry to date plus b) the number of entries you want to offer in the late entry phase plus c) the spare maps you need for official use.
• In Race Admin edit each course making the Entry Limit equal to a + b.
• In Entry Settings make the Entry Limit the same as the sum of the course limits
• Check that there are enough time slots available for each course.
• If necessary set the new entry closing date.
• Update the information stating that entries are subject to limited map availability.
