Question: I have auto-credit set and someone needs to withdraw and get a refund on their card.  If I unset auto-credit will it enable them to withdraw their entry and obtain a refund on their payment card?

Answer: That would work but it’s not the best way to go about it.

If they haven’t withdrawn yet then use Race Admin to:

• Edit their Entry record and tick the Withdrawn checkbox.
• Edit their Payment record and request the refund.

If they have withdrawn and received a credit then:

• Edit the Credit record and set the amount to zero.
• Edit their Payment record and request the refund.
