If you have an event that you would like to delete and completely remove from the database, you can do this using the archive settings.

Setup >> Select the event >> The Event

Set the event date to the current day (or earlier)

Set the Archive level to “Delete event and all data”

Set the Archive schedule to “1 day”

The archive process runs once a day and will action the deletion in accordance with the event date and the archive schedule.
