Sometimes event organisers need to be able to add an entry directly in Race Admin. It could be that you have postal entries to manage, or you need to add a pacer for free.

We would always recommend getting customers to enter through Racesignup so that the requirements you have built in to the entry form are met. You can always issue a 100% discount code to the customer and they can then enter without needing to make a payment.

The next best way to do it is for you to use Racesignup to enter the customer. Again, you would do this using a 100% discount code. Login to Racesignup as your self and clcik on “Sign up someone else”. This method also ensures that the entry form restrictions are met.

But if you do need to create an entry in Race Admin you can. The recommendation is to duplicate an existing entry. Then go through the new entry record changing the details to suit. Please take care as this method won’t check for mandatory items, nor will it restrict you to selecting an available and valid start time slot.
